Due to drainage and soil issues, my condensation line floods the area between my home and the neighbor's house. I rerouted the line so it drains downhill to the backyard rather than flooding next to the HVAC unit. The tech undid my work which was done in 2007. I'll have to correct it ASAP!

This company is TERRIFIC! I had an emergency situation, they sent someone out right away. Their techs are very knowledgeable and the staff always kept me updated as to what was going on. They never tried to "sell" me anything just explained the facts. I ended up having to buy a new air conditioning unit and couldn't be happier. They even lent me a portable unit until my permanent one was available. Great customer service and a great price as well.
