Sierra Air, Inc was a breath of fresh air for me. After trying to deal with multiple local HVAC firms that were unprofessional and both no-showed for their assigned appointment times with me, I called Sierra Air and they were able to come out the next day. They gave a tight appointment time so that I didn't have to sit around all day waiting for them to call. When they showed-up they had a professional logo'd van, their technician was in uniform, and they had all the equipment to properly perform diagnostic tests on my furnace and heating system. I would recommend Sierra Air and Joe Bryant to anyone in the Tahoe-Reno area!
