Duane from Sierra Air is friendly, courteous, and efficient. He arrived exactly when he was supposed to and quickly diagnosed the problem with my gas furnace. The repair quote was more than I had funds for. He was very understanding when I told him I needed to acquire financing for it. He told me to call him when I had the funds and he would come back to do the repair. Hoping to call him in a day or two!

I'm very pleased with the service I received from Duane at Sierra Air, he's pleasant, polite, and efficient. He made two trips here. The first was to diagnose the problem with my gas furnace and to give me a repair quote. He was very understanding when I told him I had to acquire financing for the repair and told me to give him a call when I had the funds. Two days later, I called and he was on his way. Not only did he repair the broken part of the furnace, he was extremely thorough and checked to make sure that it had no gas leaks or any thing else that might be weak and cause problems later.

Starting with the estimate(1 of 3),they arrived on time. Wil explained their step by step process to determine our needs. He measured the rooms,the # of vents & their size, the insulation,and any electrical needs.Wil proceeded to list the materials,labor costs and services included.The 2 other companies spent 15 min or so looking around,then emailed an estimate.(sierra air was in the middle)The a/c installers(Red & Jim), arrived on time , were polite & were professional. Their work looked great & when finished they left no trace of their labors.Before they left, they explained what was done, why it was done & how it all worked! Thank again!
