Great company and employees! The person who took my call was very attentive to my situation. I thought it was just a pilot lite and it ended up being my hot water heater was leaking and needed replacement. Frank your technician was so neat and covered my light carpet so no mess! They cleaned everything up when done! Having a nice demeanor makes all the difference in a repair person who spent a good part of his day working at my condo! He installed my old one over 10 years ago and a pleasure to have him back! It was a bigger problem then expected and he was able to have my hot water on as quick as he could and I was so happy on the response time! Frank and I grew up in the same town and it's so nice to have someone working in your home you feel comfortable with and can talk too. I am going to have some additional work done and he is going to do it through your company. You have a good employee and he figured out my problem with the issue going to the upstairs bathroom shower ... had to flush it out the pipes from debree in pipe from old water heater. He was just super and got it all back right for me! He brought me the bill the next day as I wanted to make sure your company got paid. I will recommend your company to others in my complex as it seems folks water heaters are getting old and need replacement. So glad Frank is still with your company and he put my new one in! My kudos to Frank and thanks for sending Larry to help get this job done sooner it would have been a lot of work for one guy! Frank was also very friendly and respectful! Nice guys keep ... them working for your company! I worked for a major company and had technicians that worked for me. So, when technicians do a great job, respond on time, and complete the work to a customers satisfaction they should be praised and thanked and their superiors need to know they represent your company and what a nice job they have done! Thank you to your office girl too she was so nice on the phone and got my job in early forgot her name but great person handling repair calls.
