A plumbing repair was made by others, and it was of poor execution. Jay surveyed the "broken Repair" determined the failure, took the time to do a proper repair, and cleaned up the area. I have been a loyal customer of Snellville Heating and Air for years. All your staff is great. Very impressed with Dylan. He takes his time explaining things when he came by today during the maintenance visit and how my Heater unit is doing....I asked him about his input on replacing my 18 year old water heater and he convinced me to install a new one and avoid more costly damages in the future. Hot water not heating as long as it used too...sediment problems, so I decided to be pro-active and upgrade. Thank you Dylan! Looking forward to Ray coming by on Wed to install the new unit.
The Service Technician (Dylan Garrick) was such a joy to work with and took his time in explaining the problems with my unit. I have never met a nicer person to let come into my home.
