Called SnowBird at about noon and told them my air conditioner did not seem to be working right. After answering a couple of questions regarding the unit, I was told that they would send a tech to look at it as soon as they could. Told me to expect someone in a couple of hours. Greg Allen came at about 2 PM, he had a good appearance. He proceeded to check out the AC unit and tested a circuit board that he said failed. He replaced this board and the unit worked. I was pleased with Greg and the work he did. Service was under warranty.

Bruce was here to give me an estimate on a new unit along with new duct work and wiring. He found a few things wrong with what I have and offered to tape areas of concern and release some of the excess freon in the unit. He did not have to do any of this, but he went out of his way to be sure I had cool air. All at N/C
