Had to have 2 different servicemen come in the same day to fix our burner. There was a spacing issue as well as a part that was needed which is the reason for 2 servicemen. Both Kevin and Joe were prompt, friendly, did a great job explaining what was being done, and cleaned up nicely. All of that is greatly appreciated.
