Home warranty: customer call in due to areas in house not cooling properly. Apon inspection noticed that the subcool and superheat were both high indicating a possible restriction in the metering device or coils. Took a temperature reading across the filter drier and was not showing any difference in temp indicating no restriction. Did get a 16.4 split indoors indicating efficient air flow. There is limited return space that may not be pulling enough of the heat out of rooms that are not as cool. Home warranty is going to review issues.
