Even though it was 9:00 PM Alex arrived with a smile on his face. He is all about satisfying the customer. He checked out everything then went through his mental check list and came up with the problem. Alex has been coming to our home for our semi-annual checks for the past two years. He does a great job.

Installed 2 Ton 16 Seer Condenser/Coil with 10 Year Parts/10 Year labor.
System 1 working well, system 2 had a leak in the condenser/evap coil.
AC Repair: both systems experienced power outage and tripped on high temperature lockout. Systems started up normally once cooled.
Maintenance: Spring comfort club maintenance. Capacitor for living room unit is nearly out of range. Recommend replacing capacitor to prevent out of range operation. Capacitor has been replaced and system is operating normally at this time.
Both systems are operating normally at this time. Drain lines are clear and draining normally.
