Home Warranty: upstairs unit was not cooling properly. Looked into issue and had a normal liquid pressure and low suction pressure. Meter device is a txv and was starting to freeze at the distribution tubes to to evap coil indicating there is a restriction. Added a small amount of refrigerant to see how much effect it would have and it still was functioning as it should. Recommend changing out metering device. Other issues may be present as well. Currently in process of contacting home warranty to review claim.
