Removed old compressor and dryer install new compressor and dryer did nitrogen test pull the vacuum and recharge system
Compressor needs to be replaced. Getting providing estimate for approval from Acclaimed Home Warranty
System overall is functioning at almost peak performance with 18° temperature differential. Recommend replacing capacitor in condenser unit due to being out of range.
Check blower motor and amperage check primary and secondary drain lines checked all electrical connections check ductwork checked condenser and compressor and drawers check capacitor and contactor check Freon levels all good at this time
Failure of electronic board, transformer, contactor & Thermostat. Possible electrical surge event might have caused these failures. Recommend Replacing these item, unable to test system for further failures until these corrections are made.
tune up: Performed heating maintenance on new heating system. Achieving 34 degree temperature rise. Heater amps are in range, no charring or burnt wires. Recommend replacing some ducts due to age.
Condenser is 21 Years old, indoor furnace is 21 Years old, indoor Evaporator model/serial unavailable due to being blocked by metal ductwork could not determine age. Dust and debris throughout Return chase, Indoor Evaporator Coil is dirty and needs thorough chemical cleaning, outdoor condenser coil and needs thorough chemical cleaning. Outdoor Schrader leaking Freon slowly and will impact performance and eventually stop cooling. Metal ductwork needs to be re-insulated, copper line set needs to be insulated, indoor blower capacitor out of range and needs to be replaced, outdoor capacitor out of range and needs replacement. No float switch present in drain pan. Temperature split in cooling below average, heating split was average.
Diagnostic: compressor is locked out. Ohm readings, capacitor, and voltage going to unit were in range. Compressor is not grounded. Fan will run but not the compressor. Amp draws were above the LRA when it would try to kick on. Will get in contact with Lennox to see if it is still under warranty for replacement.
Installed Daikin 3 Ton Gas System with Furnace, Condenser, Coil, Drain pan, float switch, R11 flush, filter drier, drain lines & 12 Year Parts/ 12 Year Labor.
Customer had questions around cost for installing a mini split in a home they are selling, wanted ball park on replacing as cheaply as possible and we provided. Customer also wanted to know if we could install the equipment if he provided it & we told him yes & he said he will be back in contact with us if interested.
Ac repair: primary drain line was partially clogged. Backing up and tripping float switch. Recommend clearing drain line and verifying proper drainage. Drain line has been cleared and is draining normally. System is achieving 17 degree temperature drop.

Maintenance: performed comfort club maintenance gold. Indoor was was functioning properly with a 15.3 degree split. Blower motor was in amp range as well. Drains were blown out and cleared. Outdoor unit is functioning in range and subcool is close to target for the manufacturer's recommendation. Compressor and fan motor are at correct amps is well. Duct debugging was completed.
