Claim # 44581 found primary drain plugged up blew out drain checked operations authorization number 2119502
Arrived on location, another ac truck was parked outside. rang doorbell and knocked twice. No answer. Called with no answer and voicemail full.
Primary drain pan is rusted and no longer containing water. Recommend replacing pan amd or possibly unit. Clear drain and install safety cutoff switch
Inspected both systems, drain was clogged on downstairs system. Out door coils are very dirty. Suggested having them cleaned. Both systems have a 18° split. All capacitors in range and components functioning probably.
Blower motor capacitor failed, the capacitor had a rating of 7.5uf plus or minus 6%. Replaced capacitor and system is cooling with a 14°split
Spoke with customer about ball park pricing, they are still deciding what to do.
Condenser coil needs cleaned on both units along with both capacitors
Check blower motor amperage checked all electrical connections check secondary drain and primary drain checked all ductwork drain pan has rust in it check amperage on compressor and condenser fan motor check capacitors and contactor check freon levels
Found breaker tripped reset breaker found contactor pitted and burnt replace contactor and checked operations all good at this time
Check blower and blower amperage check capacitor for blower blew out primary drain line check secondary drain line and pan checked all duct work check temperature differential check condenser fan motor and compressor amperage check capacitor check contactor check Freon levels
Upstairs System: Replace outdoor capacitor, replace pitted contactor, replace blower capacitor, seal or replace drain pan, Insulate between touching ducts. Downstairs System: Drain Pan & Capacitor
Check blower motors and amperage check capacitors on both blower motors checked all ductwork check primary drains and secondary drains check drain pans upstairs drain pan Rusty needs to be replaced checked condenser fan motors and compressor amperage check capacitors on both upstairs and downstairs condensers capacitors on both units are weak check free on level on upstairs and downstairs upstairs unit low on freon homeowner knows there's a leak and system not wanting to do League check at this time just add freon
Maintenance completed and system performing well.
