System was charged with r410a in the end of may, system has leaked out again, leaked check was preformed and determined it was evap coil.

Bad heat exchanger we will be swapping out on Saturday 4/3/2021 as long as the unit is delivered by that time. Heat exchanger replaced and running perfectly.
Converted furnace from LP gas to propane gas checked operations all good at this time
Replaced flame rollout sensor tested unit all good at this time
Bad board on Condenser straight from manufacturer, replaced and unit is working.
maintenance: Performed heating maintenance on two systems. Achieving 36 degree temperature rise in heat. Emergency drain pan on upstairs unit is rusting. Recommend replacing drain pan to prevent water damage to ceiling.
Installed 3.5 Ton Gas system, gas furnace, coil, condenser, condensing pad, flush solvent, copper, 10 Year Parts/10 Year labor & nest thermostat.
Cleaned ductwork master bedroom, living room, den & office system. Fogged system as well.
Ac repair: primary drain line was clogged, sending water into supply plenum, and causing a drip onto the ceiling in master bedroom. There are also PDC joints on secondary drain line that are unglued. Blower wheel is very dirty, has approximately half inch dirt build up. Recommend clearing primary drain line, and repairing sections of PVC, and cleaning blower wheel and also signing up for Comfort Club membership to help with preventative maintenance in future. Primary drain line is clear, drained one full gallon of water through drain line without issue. Repaired secondary drain line and perform heating maintenance. System is achieving 28 degree temperature rise.
Disinfected system & sealed units. Performed fogging additionally.
