I arrived on site to perform a tune up on a Bryant Air Conditioner. During the tune up I found that the furnace wheel was dirty and covered with debris. I cleaned out the furnace wheel. Due to some light water damage and some of the unit's components not working to specifications, I recommended a tune up for both the furnace and the air conditioning unit for the following year. Both units were running to functionality at the time of departure.
During a tune up on a Goodman air conditioner, I found some carbon build up on contactor and I recommend replacing. I also recommend replacing piston on indoor coil. All other components are within manufactures specifications and system is cooling.
I replaced the ignitor and cleaned the flame sensor in the Goodman gas furnace. Everything is operating properly at time of departure.
