I installed a Carrier 80% 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. I cycled and monitored the systems and they are operational at this time.

During a tune up on a Goodman air conditioner, I tested the pressures, temperatures and electrical components. I rinsed the coils and cleared debris. All tests and readings are within manufacturers specifications at this time.
During a tune up on a Carrier air conditioner, I found that outdoor capacitor is reading low and I recommend replacing. All other components are operating within manufacturers specifications and system is cooling at time of departure.
During a tune up on a Goodman air conditioner, I tested the pressures, temperatures and electrical components. I inspected the duct system and return air filter. All tests and readings are within manufacturers specifications at this time.
I completed the spring tune up on a Goodman air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time
Upon arrival, I replaced the compressor motor surge capacitor. I cycled systems multiple times and both Lennox systems are operating properly upon departure.
I returned to the customer's home to collect the part information to replace the Dual capacitor for a Lennox air conditioner.
I performed a tune up and safety check on a Lennox air conditioner. I found that the capacitor was in need of replacement. The customer approved the repair so I will order the part. The system was operational upon my departure.
