Will use again

We had an excellent individual out for a service exam of our heating unit before the winter months. He was on time, offered to use proper PPE(due to covid)was able to explain everything to my husband and I in terms we understood and was very nice his entire time in our home. We had to schedule a return visit because of parts needing ordered and we look forward to him coming back to make the repair

Hidden Gem

My HVAC system has been totally replaced with brand new equipment. I was a bit nervous at first about trying out an entirely new company. However, having interacted with several employees of this company, I have complete faith in trusting them with my HVAC needs. Service is top-notch! Everyone who worked with me was courteous, knowledgeable, punctual and concerned with my needs and concerns. My furnace went out on a Sunday...one of the coldest days of this winter. Justin, the Service Manager, was not able to repair the system, but supplied me with a great space heater that saved me from being totally uncomfortable. My new system was installed on the following Tuesday by Installation Manager Gage and his crew who did a fantastic job in record time. Thanks to you all!

Fast Response to an Emergency - Great Price!

My furnace went out and I went on line, and scheduled an appointment for Monday, thinking - since it was Sunday - no one would be able to come until then. Within 30 Minutes Springfield Heating and Cooling called Me! and said they could come Sunday between 4 and 8! i was thrilled! They actually came early, fixed the problem, and the house is warm again. Thank you Mike from Springfield Heating and Cooling!

Great Customer Service

The tech that came out to tune up my furnace was very nice. I just bought a house and have a really old furnace. I had them check it out to make sure I keep having heat. As we all know it's cold out and want to stay warm. :) My thermostat was stuck at 68. He answered all my questions and we found out you had to push extremely hard on the buttons to change the temp. He recommended getting a new one. Since I did not have a "C" direct power wire, he recommend a few brands that are power operated that would work on my system. The service was amazing and thank you so much to put my mind a rest and help with getting the right thermostat to change my heat setting.

I arrived on site to perform a tune up on a Five Star 16 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner that we installed. Upon arriving the customer informed me that the air filter slot was tearing the filter when it was removed. I proceeded to fix the filter rack. All other systems were functioning properly upon departure.

After removing the Lennox gas furnace and Goodman air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 14" and a Five Star 13 SEER 1.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
