Alex and his partner had diagnosed what we felt was a complicated plumbing issue before arriving at our house by listening to the conversation we had with the dispatcher. Within minutes of arrival (and shortly after our call), they confirmed the problem and fixed the various problem points within our plumbing system. Their professionalism was TOP NOTCH!!
