The time window, between 9am and 1pm is difficult to accommodate. It requires the customer to set aside 5 hours which is difficult. I understand the need for some window time but believe it should be a 2 - 3 hour range.

Gabe and Hai did a great job! They took good care not to damage or dirty my basement carpets and cleaned up everything after they were finished. My unit is working well. Hope it stays that way for a long time!
