It was good having Kenny working on our job. He did a thorough job, answered our questions, and hopefully was able to solve the problem (could be pinched/obstructed ductwork). He spent extra time researching deals on new Thermostats as well - even got his manager involved who was able to approve a price reduction should we buy a certain thermostat you have in stock.
