Main Floor AC not working after service call

Folks - I believe Phenix did a fine job but may have missed something. Our main floor system 2.5 Ton seemed to be working fine but Phenix mentioned the refrigerant was low 60/-10. He added 1 lb and EZ seal but now the system isn't cooling at all. Yesterday the temp was 85 degrees outside and the main level was 80 even though the thermostat was set at 75. Also as mentioned previously multiple times....the thermostat on the main level reads an incorrect humidity level...it is now reading 7 and has been this way since you installed. No need to send someone out on weekend but early as possible next week. Our main level supports an ICU...we have someone on life support on that level and can't move him to any other floor. Pls message me with plans...thanks Jack Buckelew
