Steven Chen was absolute great! First of all, he was the nicest person. He came in and put the covers over his shoes. He went right to work and unblocked the pipes which was causing the water in the overflow pan. He completed the fall maintenance of the AC/Heating unit. After he finished, he went over everything that he did. I don't think the pricing was too bad for the work that was done.
