I will never use another plumbing company. They exceeded my expectations. The plumber was very knowledgeable and a people person, hard to find both when dealing with any contractor in your home. 75 gal gas water heater is leaking from inside and needs to be replaced
Replace moen 1225b stem in hall tub and replace chrome tub diverted.
Found pressure entering building at 60-65psi. Pump not working at all. Checked kitchen and had good pressure. Checked m/b lav and clogged aeratior. Cleaned and faucet works fine. Needs new pressure balancing cartridge in m/b shower. Toilet had good pressure. M/b shower is only area that is currently an issue but only hot side. Will replace cartridge as per Tim as Nate left as I got there. Danze showervalve pressure balancing cartridge corrected issue with m/b shower low pressure on hot side.
Recirc pump is working properly at this time. Noise customer hears is from t/p relief line leaking. Customer then stated that leak was on side of home where line exits home. Replace leaking t/p valve with new to correct issue.
Found no movement at meter upon arrival. Customer stated she believes one of irrigation valves may be sticking. Turned on manually and found one of the valves did not close. Shut valve at pressure vacuum breaker and opened again and valve shut completely. Found no issues with pool fill at this time. Used listening equipment at meter and main service riser and found no water usage at this time. New pressure regulator was set too high so I adjusted to 70psi.
Replace approximately 20' of sewer line from 2" lav drain ( west line) to clean out just outside the house in the back yard.
Neeed a new hose bib, water heater and toilet are in great working order Replace hose bib
