Suncoast very quick to supply same-day service to help with an electrical problem. Matthew, the dispatcher, gave us updates continually with estimated arrival time. Diogo, the technician, had excellent knowledge and diagnosed the problem quickly. I could not be happier with their service and not only will use them again, but highly recommend them.

After thoroughly troubleshooting customers, electrical issues I was able to determine that customers dryer is receiving the proper power, and seems to not be functioning at all, Also, after thoroughly going through other electrical issue, customer GFI outlet has failed and needs to be replaced

Emergency Call back to customer loss of power. Technician NOTES: yesterday Suncoast advised believe issue is related to FPL Line & most likely happening for long time causing shorts & damaged Main Breaker now. FPL came said no , but today Suncoast evaluation is the same & when FPL came back today They agreed that Suncoast was & is Correct , berceuse they found damage in those lines when checked the Transformer like we requested the first time. Issue has been Fixed now & customer is Happy
Partial Power Emergency Call from customer ; has lost power 2 times in last few hours. Emergency Call for very old water heater tank leaking water in condo last night; customer needs same day immediate service to fix or replacement if needed. Drain existing water heater and remove offsite. Install new hot water heater with new copper valves. Hard wire water heater for code. * Replacing of both old shut off valves to gain access to water heater + they are out of current code & need to be replaced.
