Repaired tripping breaker for outdoor hallway lights. was a bad wire in ground that fed an old pole light that was removed and put In a j box. started troubleshooting pool lights. I fixed one pool but the other needs more trouble shooting.
Building one I’ll hallway lighting. Customer would like existing hallway lighting, which is every other light is on in hallway would like it switched so every other light is on in hallway lights are on photocell. Finding the location of timer, I determined that each section of lighting is on two different timers that are in two different areas. In addition, the lights the customers would like on also controls rooftop lighting, which is on a photocell. Power is switched to the lights that the customer wants on that controls the rooftop lights and there go on as well, if customer wants this fix, we will need to come back and do further troubleshooting to get the lighting. Exactly right After thoroughly going through lighting, circuits and troubleshooting, I was able to separate roof lighting and put it on a photocell and relay, which will allow roof lighting to turn on At night and not stay on permanently and constant
After reviewing, and speaking with building manager, all electrical issues with building three are fixed for the time being There seems to be some wiring issues with an electrical pump that has to do with the pond in the middle of the buildings but as of right now there is no pump on site, so I will speak with J.R. on if we need to come back to repair them
Lights that are not working or not on roof but are on the second floor walkway, lighting lighting is set up in a way where certain lights are supposed to be on during the day and all lights are supposed to be on at night. Some lights are on photocell. Some lights are not. There is a lighting contactor in panel room. Also, a junction box, where lighting circuits are located, most of lights on second floor in building three are not working and need to be troubleshoot electrician to solve issue. with additional help and tracking town circuit and opening up lighting fixtures, I was able to get all lights and fixtures operating properly with the addition of two fixtures that needed to be replaced, which was done. All lighting and building three is functioning properly
