Upon arrival I customer addressed concern over units #2, #5, #5 & #6. 1 of the 4 was operating normal. 3 of the 4 needed repairs. All repairs were completed. I did have to leave and go to the electrical supply house and RE Michael. I summarized what was done on each unit. RTU #5: Customer addressed concern about this unit. I found it to be cooling with 20+ degree delta temperatures across the evaporator coil. Unit operating normal. Due to 3 of the systems not operating it gave the appearance that this unit was not cooling as well. With all units cooling it will resume normal operation. RTU #6: I added 2lb of r427a to the right side compressor. The left side compressor had normal characteristics. Unit operating normal. RTU #2: I replaced, 208 volt primary to 24 volt secondary (75va) transformer. Unit operating normal. RTU #4: I replaced outdoor fan motor for circuit #1. I replaced the 7.5uf run capacitor.
