It took more than two weeks to get the part needed to fix our geothermal unit which left us in a very cold house over the holidays. Collin did a great job with fixing the unit once the part came in, but it was an exhausting process with the company with daily phone calls. My understanding is the wrong part was ordered initially and then shipping was a nightmare with the holidays, even though we asked for overnight service. The customer service was friendly on the phone, but it’s hard to keep trusting that they are doing everything they can to fix the situation. We finally have heat, but I’m not sure if a different company could have fixed in faster.
I really appreciated the personal response over the weekend and scheduling an early visit and a call when on his way. Great customer service.
