Warranty call 12/30/19 on arrival customer explained to me no access for air filter the technician before me install ez trap but is blocking the air filter take the ez trap out installed new ez trap right way tested checked electrical wires checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps measured supply and return air temp checked air filter unit operating normal at this time. No payment collected is under warranty.
Inspected units in heat test mode to verifie proper order of operation. Inspected all motors for proper amp draws and voltage reading. Found units to be heating properly changed all filters. Job complete.
Fall pm on 112/06/19 On arrival set units to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain checked air filter and replaced checked EWP and LWP checked water temp checked unit #1 90+ furnace checked in put and out put temp also temp rise mad for 35-65 degrees I have DT 40.5 checked blower motor checked coil checked all other electrical connections also humidifier needs service I explained the customer customer needs to be serviced I take the old humidifier pad out cleaned the humidifier panel cleaned the drain line replaced the humidifier pad checked electrical wires checked electrical connections measured voltage and amps units tested units operating normal at this time. Recommended uv lights installation also wet switch and hole house or single surge protector installation to avoid future problems. Collected $156.00 for humidifier service on Check #599
Up on arrival installed capacitor 45-5uf. Ez trap. Quoted repairs was approved. Parts was payed in full . Tested unit unit operating good at this time.
Up on arrival performed fall maintenance. Tested unit for operation, tested thermostat for operation. Took delta T readings. Found poor p trap on the drain line, found weak voltage absorption. 40+5 +-6%
