Replace garbage disposal. Unit is locked up completely. Reset button doesn’t even work now. I hit the switch and unit doesn’t make no noise.
On arrival set units to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked water pressure,caps,Contactors,coils,units are operating normal
When I arrived I checked thermostat called for cooling system ran Delta T 50 return 74 checked all electrical components checked amperage check wires clear condensation drain then I shut it off thermostat and call for heating the unit went back to AC Mode. I Brought this to customer attention. customer want someone to come out this Friday To take a look at the heat and fix and repair see form Also talk to Darlene about a comfort adviser to come out and put together a bundle package after speaking to Alex about the different issues thats going on in this home I gave six options of estimates that the customer needs.
Upon arrival found system cooling properly. Good amp draws on motors. Found blower capacitor failed, below rating, and contactor had burnt contact points and burn marks. Recommended replace both components and customer agreed. System back on and running, no other concerns at the moment.
Upon arrival I found location reading Choice One Urgent Care UM Upper Chesapeake Health. I think this is wrong location. Tried calling Mel to get verification but he didn’t answer. Left him voicemail and text message. Office informed me we will have to come back when we get in contact with Mel.

When we arrived we set the units to call for heat, we did a full maintenance. Then we found that package unit had a burnt contactor. We replace it, tested it and all units are running properly.
On arrival removed old humidifier,i then sealed the openings,
On arrival turned system on ,switched it back to normal operation.also burped system and pressurized it .also broke c wire for electric heat .unit operating normal
