On arrival found system not operating normal,found bad thermostat.i then replaced it with new wifi Honeywell t6 pro .tested unit operation.unit operating normal.also mrs muller joined our membership.
Came out to install new tankless water heater. Once installed tested and works great. No leaks.
Test tankless unit by calling the company. Found unit to be completely shot. The unit is in a low power mode state and won’t keep the unit running. Replace customer supplied tankless water heater. Tie back onto existing connections.customer will give deposit for work once water heater is delivered to the home. Waived fees for today to sell job.
Return visit to replace uv lights bulbs on arrival take the old uv lights bulb put the new bulb tested checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps unit operating normal at this time. Collected $235.60 for job balance on C.C on file
Upon arrival I conducted fall p.m. check furnace check wires and connections checked amperage notice coils dirty on the unit, brought it to customers attention customer approved coils need to be clean also noticed customer UV lamp is blown out customer needs a replacement lamp. Customer will call this week and pay half down for UV lamp Call for cooling and heat checked Delta T everything is working fine.
