Service call on 01/17/20 On arrival thermostat is blank open the airhandler in basement I found high voltage wires burnt checked electrical wires checked electrical connections everything is okay just the wires is burnt I suggested to repair to make the unit is running I gave quote for customer customer accepted the repair unwired high voltage wires cut off the burnt wires rewire the high voltage wires tested start up and unit start operating very smoothly without any hesitating checked electrical connections checked blower motor checked coil checked electric heat checked all other electrical connections measured supply and return air temp unit operating normal at this time. Recommended hole house surge protector collected $401 for high voltage repair on C.C HIGH VOLTAGE WIRES REPAIR
Upon arrival customer showed me mini split system for office and 3 hanging heaters. Recorded model and serial of each unit. Need 14ft ladder for heaters. Roof code is building address and roof ladder is on back side of warehouse. Added info to equipment list.
Replace sump pump with new proflo sump pump and tie back int existing connections
To install shower head customer supplied Installed customer supplied shower head , tested no leaks no warranty on customer supplied parts
On arrival found unit not operating,found system not igniting ,found unit is 26 years ,advised customer to replace system .unit is being replaced on Thursday
