Installed Low Flow Center above Dual flow center. Used fusion gun to seal piping. Flushed loop for about an hour and found no leaks. Filled up reservoir then opens up valves. Reinsulated piping while we tested units. Normal water flow and heat rejection on both systems. Left gallon of loop fluid for customer to fill himself if needed.
Upon arrival I was told that we had pumped loops up to 55psi LWP running and customer is concerned of leak. During diagnostics I found LWP at 13psi. Neither system has faulted. Checked all piping indoors and found no leaks. Used pump to pressurize loop to 50psi, burped pumps then found pressure slowly dropping 1psi every minute or so. 2 units but 1 flow center, FC2G-023371. Need to return to install water meter, speculating outdoor loop leak.
Upon arrival found system cooling properly but operating with 0 psi in water loop with water pumps making slushing noise, sounded like air in system.. All electrical components operating normal. Increased pressure to 65 psi standing pressure, while operational pressures held at 55 psi entering psi. Noise from water pumps gone once pressures increased. Customer noticed that painting he had done on his house the year before our installation had been chipped off by water from condensate pump drain lines. Requesting extending lines to ground so he can repaint the house.
Fall pm on 12/31/18 On arrival set units to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain and cleaned checked filters also found EWP AND LWP is 0 psi I pump it up to 75 psi customer needs to check that if have any leaking water.unit operating normal at this time.
