I foolishly thought our thermostat was faulty; Chris' experience led him to look deeper into the situation and realize that a fuse in the furnace needed replacing. Within 20 minutes, the system was up and running. Great job

Up on arrival for no hot water on 01/29/2020. Called Denny for suggestions. Released drain for 2 seconds, hot water appeared. After 6-7 minutes it’s warm. Called state water heaters tech support found faulty upper element . Went to Schumacher &seiler got new element. Installed new part . System operating normal at this time.

Up on arrival performed heating annual maintenance on 01/02/2020. Checked all thermostat for operation, checked all systems for operation. Took delta T readings. Checked all electrical components. Changed all air filter and belts. Found system number 4 carrier M#48TCED14A3A6 serial # 5012G20114. Was not running. Disconnect is was set on off position thermostat wires was disconnected. I was instructed to not touch that RTU . All other systems operating normal at this time .
Installed humidifier for customer. Ran new drain line, cut out the old. Ran new wires and cut out the old. Wired in humidifier to junction box above furnace for constant power. Tommy came and helped solder couplings to remove saddle valves and he also installed Tee for humidifier. Once installed I tested and verified customer was satisfied. Sealed up old openings with sheet metal and tape. Caulked around the edge of humidifier to minimize noise. Unit operating normal.
