Shawn the HVAC tech was awesome. He was courtesy, polite and knowledgeable in the task at hand.
The heat was left off from the previous employee, and temperature overnight dropped under 50 in the middle of Winter. I’m very grateful Yossef was who came out- he found the problem, communicated the issue, helped us understand, was empathetic towards the situation... A+
The customer service was very good, knowledgeable and professional right from the start. Best part was the technician. He took his time inspecting our systems, and provided a very honest assessment. Will gladly use Yonas again.
Your tech Nicolas is wonderful. Your customer service from the office is terrible. We were told the tech was coming when he wasn’t Several times we go no call back. The worst part is that after paying over $400 for a part we are now told we need a new furnace and therefore wasted the $400 plus. I hear I may get some of that money back but I think the fair. Business practice would be to credit it all toward the new furnace. The tech is great but the experience with the company has been far from “Supreme”
I had the system installed the end of October. The first really cold spell in January had the heat not turning on. It was an installation problem. They had reversed the drain lines and the heater stopped working. They got it running. No other problems the first winter. A/C won’t turn on in May when temperatures rise. A wiring problem. Supreme Air is great on coming out and correcting problems. It is too bad that their installers don’t do it right to begin with
