Upon arrival I was told that unit 2, kitchen, has locked out on fp1 again. Went to thermostat and reset lockout, then went to unit and plugged in aid tool. Found this unit faulted out 30 times on fp1. Unit 1 has 0 faults. Ran system on max stage and checked parameters. Found system is perfectly inline with install manual specs. Another 7 series system is right next to this one so I checked parameters and found them to be almost identical to faulty unit. Uploading picture of readings because I called WF and they were not available. Alex gave me on call number as well and had to leave a voicemail for both tech support options. Continued to run systems and found them to be identical still. Need to return when tech support is available.
