Chris has been to my house many times and has seen my HVAC unit when it was at its worst and now that I have a new system he has been able to keep my new system up and running. He calls ahead of time to ensure I am home. He is a very good technician and would recommend him to others.

When I arrive system was calling for cool checked all electrical components voltage amperage check drain clear drain line check outside unit I noticed dirty coils...I recommend to customer to get the coils clean today. customer refuse and will contact once ready. Today is no good. I recommend as soon as it’s a heat pump unit and it runs all year round. having dirty coils slow the performance of his pre-existing outdoor heat pump customer just replace furnace not too long ago and kept existing outdoor heat pump unit that needs servicing of dirty coils. I also gave other recommendations As well.
I replaced the air filter with one provided by the customer. I cleaned the condensate pan and drain lines and ran hot water to flush the debris and to make sure it drained properly without leaks. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, all are within specification. Contactor and Capacitor were replaced last year and a Hard Start Kit is already installed. I operated the unit on cooling mode and had 20+ degree delta temperatures across the evaporator coil. Refrigerant Superheat of 8-10 degrees. Unit operating normal.
