Fall pm on 11/04/19 On arrival set unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain and cleaned checked air filter and replaced checked EWP and LWP it was low pump it back up 69/64 psi also checked water temp checked compressor capacitor checked coil checked blower compressor capacitor is low riding I suggested to replacing now to avoid future problems I gave customer a quote customer accepted replaced the voltage absorption system repair the voltage absorption system put new voltage absorption system rewire tested start up and unit began operating very smoothly without any hesitating unit operating normal at this time. I recommended duct cleaning and uv lights installation I gave option for customer he like to do duct cleaning for now customer he is scheduled for duct cleaning Collected full amount of the job $594.00 on C.C VOLTAGE ABSORPTION REPAIR ALSO DUCT CLEANING

Return visit on 08/30/19 On arrival take old circuit board out installed the new circuit board rewire checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps checked compressor capacitor checked contactor tested start up and unit began operating very smoothly without any hesitating or lag checked EWP and LWP also temp checked all other electrical connections I put my Aurora tools no fault found checked air filter measured supply and return air temp unit operating normal at this time.

On arrival found bad circuit board, system was not communicating. Installed whole house surge protector. Unit is not operating at this time , waiting on warranty board

Customer let us in but left right after. Upon arrival we replaced outdoor control board with new. Swapped wire for wire to make sure good connections. Ran ac and tested operation. Outdoor and indoor units responded. Measured delta air temps at both coils. Unit operating normal. Also took out portable ac unit to bring back to shop.

On arrival found indoor unit operating but outdoor isn't .spoke to tech support before they close and recommended running new s wire to check if it's the problem cause .i ran new wire from indoor unit to outdoor unit but it didn't solve problem .possiblity of bad indoor board per tech support. Need to order new indoor circuit .unit not operating normal. I recommend ordering both indoor and outdoor circuit board just in case indoor board doesn't solve the problem .

On arrival found unit not operating,then started to operate by itself ,spoke to tech support and advised me to remove all the charge and weigh the charge back in .unit operating normal at this time 11/27 Colin- upon arrival I found unit running and no led fault codes on either indoor or outdoor unit. Remote was in dresser drawer so I advised customer to keep it in sight of unit for better performance. I also changed the fan setting to auto instead of high because unit needs to modulate in order to have best performance. I continued to run system and called tech support. They advised me that if system isn’t keeping up that we should remove charge and weigh it back in. Did not do so during visit because I do not have speculation of low charge. Room temp reached 78 and delta air temps are great. Speculation was that unit was defrosting at night and because fan speed was set to high, performance of unit was being decreased.
