The automatic air vent damper is not operating properly and does not allow the gas valve to energize. Customer said it was working during last home inspection but the inspector dismantled the flue and maybe it caused it to malfunction. All other repairs were pointed out by the customer and they include replacing a circulator pump with flange kit, repairing a leak in a copper pipe, replacing a relief valve and replacing the expansion tank. Customer will submit to the bank for approval.
