Great Service

Colin was very thorough and knowledgeable. I had an issue when I called and was told someone would be there between 12 & 4pm but Colin was earlier than that. I thank God for you all. I don’t want to forget Rodney who was very much concerned with getting some one out to the church to help us. God Bless and again thank you!!!

Good Job

Joe appeared on time and ready to help with our system. He did an excellent job in explaining the status of the system and also recommended improvements, including a surge suppressor. I would like him to be our regular tech.

Customer has 3 RTUs and would like them inspected because they are smelling gas. Found cracked heat exchangers on units 1 and 3. Shut off heat for both until they are replaced. Also found bad control board for unit 3, not running at all. Uploaded equipment info so office can price out maintenance quote too.
