Up on arrival performed operational inspection. Changed all filters and belts. Checked all units for operation, checked all units electrical components. Tested units. All units working good at this time.
Upon arrival I was told that both thermostats were blank earlier today but upon arrival I found both thermostats on and satisfied. Called for heat and went to roof, found both rooftops are operating normal and satisfying thermostats. Did not find any problem. Speculating that electrical work was being done in building because I see a few new panels in the back.
Upon arrival I got all equipment info and then went to pick up filters and belts. Returned and performed maintenece on both Rooftops. Replaced filters and belts. Inspected cleanliness of blowers and coils. Checked capacitors and contactors. Cleaned flame sensors and burners. Inspected heat exchangers. Ran heat and checked amp draw and heat rise on both units. Let systems satisfy thermostats. Units operating normal. Asked receptionist if she could find out the door code for sprinkler room around back so we can use ladder whenever we return.
