I’m very dissatisfied with the service provided by your company. When the technician came in, I informed him that a few of the registers did not seem to be working. He worked on the boiler part. I didn’t see him check the registers. At the end, he said that I would need to have an electrician out due to 2 unattached heating elements. He suggested that is why the registers were not working. I then paid the bill of over $350 for the servicing. I then called another HVAC company who came out and did a PHENOMENAL job! It was not an electrician, just a regular technician who found that the one attached heating element had all the kw in it which is why the other two weren’t attached. He then checked each of the registers that were not producing heat. I had to pay an additional $386 for the servicing but I am much more satisfied with the work performed. You can remove my contact info from your database. I will not be using your company again.

Wish to thank MR. Trever Burke for installing our new Kohler Cimarron ADA comfort height toilets ( 2 each ), with slow close seats, on 09/30/2019; and coming back to reinstall them on 12/16/2019 and 12/17/2019 after we had new floors put in both bathrooms.
