Lloyd and his fellow plumber were efficient and communicative. I am happy with their work and grateful to have had their help. I did not expect two plumbers for a plugged drain. Maybe the one was training under Lloyd? I did wonder if having two plumbers on site rather than one is why the cost was so high.
