Preformed maintenance on Amana/Goodman split heat pump system: checked and cleaned coils, checked and cleaned drain line, added drain tablets for drain line clog prevention. Checked all electrical components and ductwork. Checked filters (customer changes regularly), delta t was tested and in line with factory recommendations. Pressures and capacitor were tested and in line with factory recommendations. System is running as it should be at this time.
Went to re Michael to purchase motor found out its an after market motor, warranty does not apply. Informed customer and they declined service at this time.
Customer repaired drain problems herself. System running according to mfg specs at this time.
