Tune up completed found growth in the old air handler found the us bulb burnt out in the new system will give estimate for replacement. Found r22 levels low in old system comfort advisor will give estimate for new system.
Performed one time super tune up and installed blue tube light also went over the benefits of being a cool club member homeowner said they will call in and get signed up
Customer had a power outage and didn't knoqw how to reset thermostat. Reset system and found running according to mfg specs at this time.
Found drain clogged with hard sludge that caused water to back up in secondary drain and energized float switch. Cleaned drain with nitrogen gun and bleach. Primed drain and watched for 10 minutes. Draining good now and system running according to mfg specs at this time.
Drain line was clogged, pulled a vacuum on it with shopvac, sediment came out and suds from drain tablets that were added came Out after. System is running as it should at this time. Customer wants UV Light Kit installed on next T/u (paid for)
Preformed first prepaid maintenance on two split heat pump systems, model and serial number match in system. Checked filters and checked pressures. Checked amp draws and checked wiring connections. Cleaned coils and cleaned drain lines. Added algecide treatment to both drain pans. Primary ICP unit is in rough condition. Growth and rust are making this system highly insufficient. Air quality is poor and the evaporator coil is rusting out, this is a strong leak point. Goodman unit is running well no issues at this time. A comfort advisor is scheduled to be here on 5/26/2020 @ 10am.
