"A job done right"

Craig and Alex did a "yeoman's" job in the very hot weather on Monday. They did not rush through the job and took the time to do it right. We are very satisfied and just want to say thanks to them.

Hi Rush, I apologize the technician was running behind schedule, the reason we give windows instead of exact times is that it is impossible to know exactly when the technician will be at your house because every job is unique. When we go out to a customers house we want to make sure we properly diagnose and fix the issue, so we don't give technicians the time limit. We do enable dispatching notices and arrival tracking as a way to help our customers know when the technician has finished his job and is on the way to your home. As far as pricing goes we, unfortunately, can't compete with Amazon and do it yourself pricing, but unlike those options, we offer guarantees behind the work we do, warranties in case parts malfunction, and the quality of work that has earned us Best of the Beach for the past 6 years.

Scheduling and service

1st Appointment on March 15th and was canceled by Karen , we were never informed until I called the office 90 minutes past appointment time . Rescheduled for March 22nd and wrong Tech showed up at Appointment. Rescheduled again to April 26th between 12 and 4PM. I called at 315 PM and again at 330PM only to find out that Tech ( Paul ) was running late and would be there past 4PM. Scheduling person Karen needs better communication skills. Paul our tech is great and we have no issues with him, we request him every time. But someone over books his schedule.

Found systems acting up found a bad stat. It’s the lobby stat. Found zoned zone board having heat on. Found damper not opening.manually opened and removed wire to keep open. Edwin will have to return to fix system per Michael Cox.

Found a/h running but outside nit not. Found system completely out of refrigerant charge. Found leak on suction line with nitrogen. Repaired graze joint. Vacuumed system down to 300 microns recharged unit with r410a 7 lbs as unit is on ground and a/h is on 4th floor. Repair covered by install wty.
