Excellent Service

Clay was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He took time to explain the work he was doing. He finished the maintenance and replaced an outdated thermostat.

Great service

The crew was on time and installed two heat pumps and all new duct work. The crew was respectful and cleaned up any mess before leaving for the day.

AC Work

Paul was very good to work with - showed me what I needed to know with the new dampers, Big problem is the time - original email said the technician would show between 1 an 4 PM - got an email at 4:20 saying the technician was on his way. I waited 3 hours for service to show up - could have been using that time to do other things on my list. I want the Company to narrow that time frame to 1 1/2 hours and to call the phone at the home if there is a delay. I hate sitting around waiting for service!

Sometimes our technicians do take longer on jobs than originally anticipated, and that is because we spend time thoroughly checking out the system so we can properly diagnose this. I do understand that a call when appointments are running longer is a reasonable request and have brought this to the attention of the General Manager and Office Manager.

Could not smell the odor in home that home owner smells but found us lamp unplugged. Found drainpan dry. Sprayed coils with cleaner. If home owner calls back about odor we need to do a dirty sock cleaning. Unit is not over a yr old yet.
