We woke up to no heat in the house. Called Swift Services and the on-call tech, Scott, arrived a short while later and was able to quickly identify the issue. Problem was taken care of.
EJ did a great job. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his work.
I Reported my system not working at 8am and the technician arrived at 10:30am. He diagnosed the problem, made the repair, tested the system and was completed in an hour. I was thrilled with the entire service I recieved.

Our HVAC was purchased and installed early in this year. We visited our condo and found the AC running and did not stop. Checked the unit and ice filled up the inside and the filter was locked into the ice. We called Swift before 9:00 am Sat am. Robert arrived and checked out the entire unit and had it running fine by Noon. We are very pleased with Robert and Swift’s services.

Performed 1st tune up on system. Tested safety switches. Sprayed coils and added algicide tablets. Air flow is good. Uv light is on. Installed in 2020. Gave information about uv light and client is not interested in replacing bulb until it goes out. Pan has a lot of rust from past. Refrigerant levels are good. Capacitor is good. Sprayed outdoor coils .wiring clean and tight.
Returned to replace Contactor and found compressor was bad as well. Compressor is running and also causing the fan to run without a call. Built estimate to replace compressor. Gave clients options as far as replacement vs repair and offered to have a comfort advisor give them an estimate for replacement. Clients declined both. Contactor was still replaced at no cost today.
Upon arrival the unit had been running in cooling all night while calling for heating the circuit board in the air handler was changed but the jumpers on the circuit board had not been disabled, clipped the jumpers start and check the system is working in heat and cooling operating normally at this time.
Replaced rusted auxiliary drain pan. Replaced shorted circuit control board in air handler. Replaced bad blower motor and cleaned blower wheel being it was caked up with growth. Inspected whole system and zone dampers. Client had issues with main floor damper getting stuck closed per notes from Paul. Checked operations of both dampers and they are currently opening and closing with no issues. Alerted client issue can be intermittent and being it’s working now I can not say it’s defective to replace. Sealed up some leaks within duct work supply and return. Re positioned strap for supply damper to add support. Installed iaq 2000 and iaq 1000 bulb to help with growth in system and to purify air. 16x30x1 media cleaners needs to be special ordered. Filled out form to return and install when they arrive. Verified information with Paul in regards to wiring on zone board and why it’s wired the way it is which is to keep static pressure in line.
Attempted to removed blade from motor and it’s Seized on the shaft trade oil tried sandpaper trade wheel pool tried heating the shaft. Need to order new fan blade
Iaq 3000 and drain pan Tyler- installed drain pan and tied drains together. Educated client on duct system and she wanted to replace it so I contacted tommy . She agreed to new system and duct system. The filter needs to be the side for the new unit.
