Service was ok

I thought the price was very high for cleaning out a small pipe.

Great service

Paul Horner came and added Freon when my unit was not cooling and we made an appointment to repair leak that he found the following week but the next day the unit again stopped cooling so he came back and did the repair that day so that I would not have to worry about not having a cool home over the weekend.

Waited for hours

Don’t seem to know how to schedule their appts. Kept us waiting for hours beyond the time told the serviceman would arrive. More than once.

"A job done right"

Craig and Alex did a "yeoman's" job in the very hot weather on Monday. They did not rush through the job and took the time to do it right. We are very satisfied and just want to say thanks to them.

Hi Rush, I apologize the technician was running behind schedule, the reason we give windows instead of exact times is that it is impossible to know exactly when the technician will be at your house because every job is unique. When we go out to a customers house we want to make sure we properly diagnose and fix the issue, so we don't give technicians the time limit. We do enable dispatching notices and arrival tracking as a way to help our customers know when the technician has finished his job and is on the way to your home. As far as pricing goes we, unfortunately, can't compete with Amazon and do it yourself pricing, but unlike those options, we offer guarantees behind the work we do, warranties in case parts malfunction, and the quality of work that has earned us Best of the Beach for the past 6 years.

Found system running found water in ss2 switch removed water homeowner put vinegar in p-trap to keep drainline clear. Found filters needed changing 12x12x1 for up stairs and a 16x25x1 filter down stairs suggested that she switch to the green fiber glass filters. Insured drainline is draining good before leaving. Covered by install wty.
