Paul was very good to work with - showed me what I needed to know with the new dampers, Big problem is the time - original email said the technician would show between 1 an 4 PM - got an email at 4:20 saying the technician was on his way. I waited 3 hours for service to show up - could have been using that time to do other things on my list. I want the Company to narrow that time frame to 1 1/2 hours and to call the phone at the home if there is a delay. I hate sitting around waiting for service!

Hi Robert, thank you for sharing your feedback. Sometimes our technicians do take longer on jobs than originally anticipated, and that is because we spend time thoroughly checking out the system so we can properly diagnose this. I do understand that a call when appointments are running longer is a reasonable request and have brought this to the attention of the General Manager and Office Manager.
