Performed 1st t/u of 7 owed. Delta T: -14°. Tested SS2, and made sure electrical connections were tight. Monitored bacterial growth. Cleaned the evaporator and condenser coils. Cleared the primary condensate drain line. Checked the refrigerant levels(meet manufactures specifications). System is operating as it should.
