We requested a tuneup which went quickly. Several hours later we had a burning smell and noted AC thermostats were blank. Called company who advised turn off elec for that AC. The unit was installed in Sept and we have had at least 4 calls to company and, when county came to inspect, the installation failed on 2/3 reasons. So the tech, John, came to see what happened and it took him hours to get to the bottom of it. Poor man was sweating running up and down stairs and didn’t leave until 6:30. In no way do we fault him as we feel there is something wrong with the new unit. He seems to have it running better than ever and we can’t thank him enough.
