Tech was very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable but I was very disappointed that he didn’t have the correct size filters in his truck. I now have to go out and buy them myself...whenever it becomes safe to do so.

Hi Nancy, I apologize that the tech didn't have the correct size filter on his truck. Typically our technicians have the common filters on their truck at all times, and if a customer has a special filter they pick them up before going out to the house. I will see what happened and why they didn't have them on their truck.
