Your technician Rob is a credit to your company. Did excellent job checking out our system. We would like very much for him to be available for our November 1st, 2019 check up. HI Mrs. Altieri, we are happy that Robert did an excellent job with you and will make note that you w2ish to have him back out in November. We are sorry to hear you're not a fan of our email features we could certainly turn them off for you. We are in the process of going completely paperless as part of our mission to be a more Green company. We send out a dispatch notification when the technician is heading out to the customers home both as a courtesy to let our customers know and can see how long until the tech will arrive, and also as a safety feature so you can see who the assigned tech is coming to your house. The final email we send out is the satisfaction survey which we use to gather feedback to see how the guys are doing and know where we can approve. If you wish to stop receiving any of these in the future just let us know and we will gladly take care of that.
