EJ did a very professional job in a timely manner. He said it would take 4 hours, and so it did. He also kept me updated on what he was doing. And he set up the system so that it would cool the house without over-stressing the unit. I'm glad he was with me throughout this whole ordeal - losing A/C in the middle of the summer. This is no reflection on EJ, but it surprised me that it took 5 business days to get the replacement part.
